It's been quite a busy day! I enjoyed Praise and Worship today. I got
to church late for a number of reasons but I still enjoyed being in
the Lord's presence. Part of being in the Praise and Worship means
that each member aquires one of several roles outlined. I am still
praying and embracing the role of conducting the group which sometimes
proves hard especially when I'm not sure of the songs. Sometimes I
wish I had listened more to my music teacher!!
Its a process and with time I'm sure I'll master it.
I got quite mixed up when it came to the sermon though. Maybe it was
just me but I think the preacher strayed alot! What I hid in my heart
though was how to live and walk in Christ and to stay away from evil
and temptations of this world! 1st Peter 4:1-9.
My grandma came to stay with us for a while. I had missed her so much.
She's old and frail now but God has been faithful to her.
Josh loves having her around...he actually learnt to call her 'maitu'
which is a respectful name for children to call their great grandma's.
He's growing up so fast that I sometimes can't keep up with the
changes...but I choose to enjoy and learn from all these precious
experiences.
As I lay him down to sleep, I lead him in prayer..he mentions all his
family's names then I finish with a short prayer.
